The Disguise

She stares at me with disgust and hate
Tears stream down, she knows her fate
Her stomach protruding, her cheeks swollen too.
After she ate, her body knew what to do.
Its a habit she can not break
People tell her her life is at stake
But that doesn’t matter, she doesn’t care
Her secret addiction she hates to share
Tears fall from her eyes
She’s tired of this disguise
She can’t take it off, why you ask?
If only you knew this difficult task
She can’t give it away, she can’t let it go
For her by herself, she does not know.
